The present general conditions express the entirety of the obligations of the parties. In this sense, the consumer is deemed to accept without reservation the entirety of the provisions set out in these general conditions. No general or specific condition appearing in the documents sent or given by the consumer will be able to be integrated into the present, since these documents would be incompatible with these general conditions.

Entirety

The purpose of these general conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of goods and services offered by the company DBF INTERNATIONAL to the consumer.

Object

The present contract is formed by the following contractual documents, presented in decreasing hierarchical order: the present general conditions; the purchase order. In case of contradiction between the provisions contained in documents of different rank, the provisions of the document of higher rank shall prevail.

CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENT

The present general conditions come into force on the date of signature of the order form. The present general conditions are concluded for the duration necessary for the supply of the goods and services subscribed, until the extinction of the guarantees due by the company DBF INTERNATIONAL.

Order Processing

The consumer must verify the completeness and accuracy of the information provided when placing the order, especially the delivery address. PLOUF THAILAND and its website cannot be held responsible for input errors and their consequences (such as delays or delivery errors). Any costs incurred for reshipping the order will be borne by the consumer.

A part of our site operates on a pre-order system. Pre-orders concern products that will be available soon, particularly new collections. By placing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges that their order may only be shipped from the availability date indicated on the product sheet. Delivery times may be longer.
In the case of items deliverable at different dates (Products available in stock + products on pre-order) based on their availability, the delivery time is based on the longest lead time.

Information to Provide When Ordering

Prices are indicated in BAHT (THB) and are valid only on the date the order form is sent by the consumer. They do not include preparation and delivery fees, which are charged additionally and indicated before order validation. Prices include the VAT applicable on the day of the order, and any changes in the VAT rate will automatically be reflected in the prices of products in the online store. The validity period for our offers and prices is 5 working days. Full payment must be made at the time of the order. At no point can the amounts paid be considered as deposits or advance payments.

To pay for an order, the consumer can choose from the payment methods offered on the site at the time of the order, namely: credit card, bank transfer, Paypal, Apple Pay. These authorized partners ensure the secure use of the customer's credit card online. Some payment methods may only be available for orders above a certain amount or depending on the billing country. The consumer guarantees PLOUF Thialand that they have any necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method when validating the order. Plouf Thailand reserves the right to suspend any order management and delivery in case of payment authorization refusal (by credit card, bank transfer) by accredited organizations or in case of non-payment. Plouf Thailand also reserves the right to refuse delivery or fulfill an order from a consumer who has not fully or partially paid for a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is ongoing.

Payment Methods

The order will be executed no later than 30 days from the day after the consumer has placed the order. In case of unavailability of the ordered product, especially due to our suppliers, the consumer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the option to cancel their order. The consumer can then choose to either request a refund of the amounts paid within 30 days at the latest from their payment or to exchange the product.

Product Availability

Products are delivered to the address specified by the consumer on the order form. The consumer is required to check the condition of the package upon delivery and to report any damage due to transport on the delivery

Delivery Terms

When placing the order, the consumer selects and pays for a carrier to handle the delivery. Plouf Safety Concept Thailand does not provide transportation services. The available shipping options are described in the following article. The consumer can review the general conditions of the carrier in the following article. It is the consumer's responsibility to review and accept the general conditions of the chosen transportation provider. The consumer selects a shipping service during the payment process and will be financially responsible for it.

For items deliverable on different dates due to their availability, the delivery time is based on the longest delay. Plouf Thailand reserves the right to split deliveries. Processing and shipping fees will be charged for only one shipment. 

Any anomalies concerning delivery (damage, missing product compared to the delivery slip, damaged package, broken products, etc.) must be noted and contact us immediately

General terms and conditions of sale

The consumer must submit any claims for delivery errors and/or non-compliance of products in nature or quality with the order form indications on the same day of delivery or no later than the first working day following delivery. Any claims made after this period will be rejected. The claim form can be filled out here.

Return Conditions - In case of delivery error or exchange, any product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned to Plouf Thailand, intact, complete, in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, and with its original label and packaging to the office address.

Returning Condition

Only products returned in their entirety, with complete and intact original packaging, and in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. This includes all labels: sewn inside and all packaging labels. Any product that is damaged or with deteriorated original packaging will not be refunded or exchanged. This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, except for return shipping costs. In the event of withdrawal, the consumer may choose to either request a refund of the amounts paid (excluding shipping costs) or exchange the product.
